User Agreement
Please review before entering

By accessing CGK War ("the Game"), you ("the User") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Game.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP. All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to the game logic, mathematical models, algorithms, strategic frameworks, force allocation systems, battalion mechanics, HP threshold systems, bank and surplus mechanics, randomization systems, game design, game concepts, game theory implementations, user interface designs, user experience flows, visual design elements, pixel art generation systems, procedural generation algorithms, screen layouts, interaction patterns, navigation systems, typography choices, color schemes, aesthetic direction, naming conventions, thematic elements, narrative framing, branding, logos, trade dress, and all other creative, technical, and conceptual elements (collectively, "Protected Elements"), are the exclusive property of the creators of CGK War and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE. The User shall not, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part: (a) copy, reproduce, duplicate, replicate, mirror, or clone any Protected Elements; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any Protected Elements; (c) use any Protected Elements for any commercial purpose, revenue-generating activity, or any activity that is intended to be, may become, or could reasonably be commercialized at any point in the future, including but not limited to: selling, licensing, sublicensing, renting, leasing, distributing, monetizing through advertisements, offering as a service, incorporating into a product or service, using as a component of a larger work, using for client work, consulting, freelance projects, educational courses sold for profit, paid content creation, or any other form of direct or indirect commercial exploitation; (d) use any Protected Elements to develop, design, prototype, pitch, propose, or create any competing game, application, software, or interactive experience; (e) use any Protected Elements in academic papers, publications, presentations, or research intended for commercial dissemination without prior written consent; (f) extract, scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect any Protected Elements; (g) share, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise make available any Protected Elements to third parties in any form or medium; (h) use any Protected Elements to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, or automated system; (i) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or markings on or within the Game.

3. LIMITED LICENSE. Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and play the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. NO IMPLIED RIGHTS. Nothing in this Agreement or in the User's access to the Game shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Protected Elements beyond the express limited license stated herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES. Any unauthorized use of the Protected Elements constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of the User's account and access, as well as pursuit of all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, compensatory damages, statutory damages, disgorgement of profits, and attorney's fees and costs. The User acknowledges that monetary damages alone may be insufficient to remedy any breach and that the creators shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctions and specific performance, without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting a bond.

6. INDEMNIFICATION. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creators of CGK War and their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the User's breach of this Agreement or unauthorized use of any Protected Elements.

7. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

8. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the creators of CGK War with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.
